Ronald Oscar Huber of Kitchener passed away peacefully with his family by his side at St. Mary's General Hospital on Friday December 9, 2022, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of 61 years of Clara (Strauss) Huber. Loving father of Kevin (Wendy) of Baden and Rhonda Dorscht (Rob) of Wellesley. Specially loved papa of Nick (Olivia), Caroline (Robert), Crystal, Kyle, Chelsea, and Jorja. Grand papa to Wrenwynn, Cecilia and Winston. Predeceased by his wife Clara, his brother Ken and sister Patty. He will be missed by his brothers Doug (Shirley), Randy (Gwen), brother-in-law Corky McCormick, sisters Judy (Marcel) Sabourin, Kendra (Scott) Henrich. Today we lost a legend, dad, papa, grand papa, and a friend who welcomed and loved us fully! Was always up for toast at 4 a.m. or a Ron sized Rum anytime because it was 5 o'clock somewhere. Would do anything anytime you needed him except for fill the ice cube tray! Most knew him as a quiet man who sat on the sideline but if you sat next to him, you would instantly know where the sense of "Huber" came from. His belly laugh would make you cry because you were laughing so hard. His hugs would squeeze you so tight. Thank you for being in our life. Thank you for all of the love and support through the years without judgement. We love you with all my heart you will always be missed and never be forgotten!
