My dear Uncle Stan, I’m cherishing the memories of our many adventures when I was growing up. I love your laugh and you always made me feel so cherished and loved. I’ll miss you.

Stan and Cathy were best friends. I knew Stan since we were 15 and just talked to him on his birthday mid August. Everybody that knew Stan felt respected by him. He was a true friend and certainly his laugh will be missed. So many special moments in their back yard, so many memories of times with the two of them. Life and love is that way. Goodbye to the two of you......and all your cats. I'll miss you to the end.

Stan & I were close friends growing up in the 60's. Over the years we've been separated by geography but whenever we met up we would embrace each other in a huge way & share a rapturous laugh. It was symbolic of our good times, & how we started out together - two quiet dudes, just looking around for something more. Damn, how I wish we had had just a few moments together before his passing. He was a gentle soul who had expectations of nobody. I'm sorry he had to depart from us so soon. He was a good friend, thru it all. I'll miss him.

I knew Stan for many years through Schneiders, played baseball with him, golfed with him, saw him at the Ranger games. I am totally shocked to hear the news. RIP Stanley!
