Alina Daca Obituary

Daca, Alina C.
In the comfort and care of the staff at Albright Manor, Lincoln, Alina Christine Daca (nee Krolikowski) completed her earthly journey on July 28, 2022. She leaves behind her son, David, as well as his children Elias and Zoe, and Deborah Daca Macdonald, son-in-law Bill Macdonald along with their son, David. "Ciocia" Alina will be missed by nephews and nieces from the Krulikoski and Daca families. Mom was best known for her singing, which began at an early age. She sang on radio shows in Sudbury and Hamilton, played Mother Goose in the musical of the same name, as well as school concerts. As an adult, Mom performed at a variety of functions, including special events, concerts and weddings. Besides her solo work, she was a member of the Polish Alliance Young Peoples Club's choir, Symfonia Choir (Hamilton), St. Christopher's and St. John's church choirs (Burlington) and the Burlington Opera Society. It was through the Young People's Club that Mom met future husband, Edward Daca (1983). Mom also enjoyed gardening, photography, and hosting family dinners. Mom will be laid to rest in Woodland Cemetery, Hamilton, Saturday November 05 at 11 a.m. We are grateful for Mom's care by the staff at Albright Manor.
