Allan LJUNGGREN Obituary

Peacefully at Emmanuel House, Allan passed away with his daughters by his side. Survived by his beloved wife Cecelia. Dear Dad of Karen (Dan Murphy) and Linda (Michael Nash). Proud Grandpa LJ to Sean (Kendra), Lia (Anthony-George), Caroline (Justin), Emily, Gabriel, Samuel (Maria) and Daniel. Great Grandpa LJ to Cece, Zachary, Everett, George, Luc, Leo, Nicholas, Julia, and William. Allan grew up in Choiceland, Saskatchewan and was proud of his western farmland roots. As a young man he settled in Hamilton and began his career at Westinghouse and his family with Cecelia. Active member of St. Stephen United Church in Burlington and later Fairview United Church in Brantford. He was always lending a helping hand to those around him. Many thanks to the caring staff at Yorkville Retirement Residence and most recently Aberdeen Gardens and Emmanuel House. Donations in remembrance to The Canadian Red Cross for Ukraine or Emmanuel House. Due to Covid-19 a private family gathering will be held. Celebration of Life at a later date. In his honour we will continue to live, love, laugh and make him proud. Rest in peace, Dad. God bless!
