Andrew LENNON Obituary
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Andrew Lennon at the age of 59 on June 24, 2021 at Hamilton General Hospital. Much beloved husband of 32 years to Kathleen. Devoted and loving father to Alexander and Emma. Cherished son of Thomas and Maria. Loving brother to Margaret (Tom), Thomas (Lyndsay) and Kevin (Susan) and sadly missed brother-in-law to Kirsten and Jamie (Robert). Dear nephew to Michael (Mary), Margaret (Danny), Robert, William, Desmond and Frances. Loving uncle to Callum, Zara, Thomas, Kieran, Emily and Melissa. He will be sadly missed and remembered by his many cousins, extended family and friends in Canada and Scotland.
He was born in Scotland but spent most of his life in Ontario, Canada. A genuine and caring man, he left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Andy was a very devoted family man who was happy with the simple things in life. He possessed an unforgettable personality and sense of humour and was always ready with a story to tell. Our lives are so much richer and better for having known him. He is our diamond. If desired, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
Visitation on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 5, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Due to capacity restrictions, please RSVP for the Visitation and Funeral Service online or by calling 905-689-4852. The Funeral Service will be livestreamed.
