Audrey Baxter Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Audrey on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Joseph Brant Hospital in her 88th year. Audrey joins her late husband, John. Loving mother of Janis Wiseman (Wes), Steven (Tracey) and Michael (Marguerite). Proud nan of Wes Jr. (Audrey), Chad (Carly), Jared, Zachary, Tyler (Kassandra), Rachel and Jordan. Great-grandmother of Kya, Mason, Jaxson, Sadie, Jaxon, and Quinn. Audrey will also be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her siblings, nieces, nephews, and her friends, especially Eugette and Doug. Family would like to thank the staff and doctors at Joseph Brant Hospital for their care, compassion and all the staff at Cama Woodlands Nursing Home for all their care, support and compassion during this difficult time. A Memorial Service will be held at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME - BURLINGTON CHAPEL (2241 New Street at Drury Lane 905-637-5233) on Saturday, August 13, Visitation from 11 a.m. -12p.m. and Service at 12 p.m. with a light lunch to follow. Interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery at a later date. Expression of sympathy to CNIB and Cancer Society. Online condolences may be made at www.dbburlington.ca

Heart felt sympathies to all of Auntie Audrey's Family. In one word...she loved Fun!! I so remember her love of a good time, family get togethers. Her laugh was contagious! I remember the "Lynn sister's sing-a-longs" as if it was yesterday. As she joins her 3 sisters in Heaven, I am sure they are going to have many, many more songs together. Rest in Peace Auntie Audrey.
