In Brent's memory Vicki and I will be planting 11 Black Walnut trees down here in Nova Scotia. I have started these trees from their nuts that my wife's brother Richard in Alliston, Ont. sent us. They are now approx 6 inches tall. I will be planting them within the month here in Nova Scotia.

Just heard the sad news. I worked with Brent in the Halton Police Forensic Identification Unit. He was a very intelligent guy with a great knowledge of the english language. Infact I had to keep a note book called " Words Used By Brent Walker" He never misused a word. Rest in Peace my Friend and condolences to his family. I know you will miss him.

I had the pleasure of working for many years with Brent, first in Halton with the Traffic Bureau and then when we both ended up at Conestoga College as teachers and we remained close friends after Brent and I both continued our careers in education. He was a gentleman, a wonderful role model for young students and he always told great stories and was full of laughter all the time. So many people today have benefitted from knowing and learning from Brent Walker. He will be terribly missed by family, friends and his many colleagues.

Willy and family,

My sincerest sympathies on Brent's passing. I have many great memories of Brent when we worked together at the Halton Regional Police Service. For a couple years we worked side by side on the same shift patrolling the Aldershot area of Burlington. I learned a lot from Brent during our experiences and many great conversations.
