Calogera Martorelli

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Calogera (Lilla) Martorelli on August 19, 2022 at the Juravinski Hospital in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Nicolo Martorelli. Loving mother of Carmela (Luigi) and Angelo (Angela). Dear nonna of Alyssa (Giorgio), Stephanie and Michael. Dear bisnonna of Luca, Matteo and Niko. Predeceased by her parents Eduardo and Giuseppina Cicero. Sister of the late Vincenza, the late Salvatore (Gina), the late Nicolina (Domenico). Sister to Carmelo (Gina), Gina (Joe) and Mary (Sam). She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Lilla was a devoted Jehovah's Witness and looked forward to living on paradise earth where Jehovah God promises: " And no resident will say, 'l am sick". Isaiah 33:24. Visitation will be at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, 43 Barton Street East, Hamilton on Tuesday August 23, 2022 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Wednesday August 24, 2022 at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Bayview Cemetery and Mausoleum, 740 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington. We ask that all who attend please wear a face mask.
