Catherine A. McSorley

Catherine Anne McSorley passed away quietly in her home in Oakville on April 19th 2022 at the age of 64. She leaves behind her son, Michael and her daughter, Jessica, who she loved more than anything.
A proud graduate of Trinity College at the University of Toronto, she also achieved her MBA from Western Business School, and her teaching degree from D'Youville University.
Originally from Cayuga Ontario, she is predeceased by her parents William and Anne McSorley. In addition to her two children, Catherine is survived by brothers Paul (Fran), Jack (Laura), Christopher (Eva), Martin (Leanne), Gerrard (Karen), Douglas (Joanne), Peter (Michelle) McSorley, and sisters, Maureen Alfano (Steve) and Elizabeth McSorley (Darren Cooke), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation is scheduled for 12:00pm on April 26th 2022 at Scott Funeral Home in Mississauga. The funeral mass will begin at 1pm, reception to follow the burial. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
