Dalma EMILI

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Dalma Emili on February 23, 2023, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Emilio Emili (2000). Cherished mother to Roberta (Sam) Politano, Isabel Hackney, Daniela Pavlich (Sam), and Albert Emili (Michelle). Predeceased by sons-in-law Kenneth Hackney (1995) and Mario Pavlich (2007). Adored Nonna to Laura (John) Jarram, Amanda (Fraser) Jones, Mark Politano (Jana), and Andrew (Elizabeth) Pavlich. Cherished Bisnonna to Jacob, Harper, Tyson, Emersyn, and Anthony. Predeceased by her loving parents Guerrino (1991) and Maria Menghini (2005) and her brothers Mario Menghini and Ezio Menghini. Survived by her sister Albarosa (Luigi) Sacripanti. She will be deeply missed by all of her extended family and friends. She loved cooking, working in her garden, and visiting her hometown of Civitanova Marche, Italy. Special thanks to the caring staff on Ward 4E at the Juravinski Hospital for their compassionate, palliative care. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E., on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church, 20 Idlewood Avenue, on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
