David Findlater Obituary
It is with very heavy hearts we announce the passing of David George Findlater in his 65th year. Son of the late Arnold and Jean Findlater, loving husband to Laurie for 41 years and amazing father to Scott (Jennifer) and James(Morgan). David adored his grandchildren Cash, Bauer, Memphis and baby Harlow, whom he helped bring into the world earlier this year. He worked as a welder at Dofasco, retiring after almost 40 years to focus on his golf game. He was a sweet, kind, generous man who will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Special thanks to the amazing medical staff of C3 at Juravinski Hospital for everything they did for our family. Cremation has taken place, and we will gather for a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at The Lakeview, 180 Van Wagners Beach Road, Hamilton ON L8E 3L3 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in David's name to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
