I am so sorry for your loss, found out today when I called for him, David was alway a pleasure to deal with and the ultimate professional. Judging by the comments he was also the ultimate father.

I did business through David on Mercedes-Benz business. He was an absolute delight to deal with; everything accurate, on time, always kept us up-to-date on product and rebates. A true professional and gentleman with a great personality. I was shocked to find out he had passed away and he'll truly be missed.

Dave was a long time friend since the old Bay King days in the early 80's. I enjoyed my time with Dave and Hy when I was their Chrysler Credit territory manager. We had a lot of fund at the HADA golf tourneys and enjoyed passing on jokes up until the end. Dave was always upbeat no matter what was going on around him and I will miss him.

I was so shocked to learn of David's passing, and am so sorry for his family. David was such a great guy, funny, sociable and over the years have enjoyed when seeing him at different events. Knew David for so many years, our families go way back. Sadly, just wish I could have spent more time with him over the past few years but given the pandemic that wasn't possible. David will always be remembered in my mind with a big smile on his face!

David was a generous soul. He was always so welcoming when I came to visit my best family. One of the best memories was our trip to New York. So many laughs and adventures. My heart aches for Will, Sam, Brit and all who loved him, holding you in my heart and prayers. Thank-you David for being a part of such special memories.

David had been in my life for as long as I can remember, he was my step dad but never made me feel like a step child. He was warm, funny, kind and thoughtful. As we got older and lived cities apart at times, he never missed an occasion, event or opportunity to reach out or visit. If I moved he was my first visitor ready with a housewarming gift, wanting to take me out to dinner. He was my first message on any given holiday. He was patient and persistent when I would miss a message from him as I so often do with everyone. In every memory of him I see his big smile and hear his laugh. I, like everyone else, had hoped for more time with him - but I feel incredibly privileged to have had the time I did with him. David will always be in my thoughts, memories and traditions. Rest In Peace David, we love you.

I was so very sad and shocked to hear of Dave’s passing. We were great friends at MacNab. We reconnected years ago by playing Scrabble daily on FB. We chatted on and off weekly during our games. He usually beat me and the odd time when I won he would say he hated losing. I will miss him terribly and send my heartfelt condolences to his entire family. He was taken far too soon. ❤

I'm really and truly very saddened by this news. I've known David for several years now, specifically in dealings in the vehicle fleet world. I've always know David to be a bright and positive personality in an otherwise dull world. I am going to really miss dealing with him. My deepest condolences to his Family and all who loved and were loved by him. Good bye old friend, until we meet again someday...rest easy.

I was David's Red Dolphin counselor in what was, though does not seem, a long time ago. I remember David mostly as a smiling 12 year old, with a couple of updates, the last one being in late 2019. Your Father and Grand-father remained the same as an adult, a really great kid with just a few more responsibilities. We had an unusually close cabin at Camp White Pine that year and every few years we'd get together for dinner, we will sorrily miss David.

Literally one of the nicest people I ever met. I had the pleasure of meeting Dave through his son Will who I trained MMA with. Dave and I both rode motorcycles and Will was also getting into riding. He even commissioned me for a large oil painting and supported my artwork and just was always so friendly and genuine. I still can't believe he was taken so soon... My love and support to his family, he was an awesome guy.

David when he was younger was a fantastic brother to his late sister Marlene. Unusual for a young teen to be so caring and gentle.
