Dave, what can I say. In the time I´ve know you working at the HG&CC you were the epitome of a valued friend, and co- worker. You became the best CHEF and everyone loved your wit and sense of humour. You and Pam were like Mutt & Jeff and complimented each other in your work and personal lives. You have left a lasting memory with all of us, one we will never forget. Heaven has welcomed with open arms the warmest and kindest human being... RIP Dave

I was fortunate to have met Dave over 16 years ago at Hamilton Golf and Country Club. Not only was he a great worker but also he was a better musician. The Apple didn´t fall far from the tree having a famous Canadian musician.
I was also very lucky to have met around the same time Pam.Those two had a friendship that will continue beyond.
I want to say Pam,-and his extended family and Friends we have lost a true angel. He will forever be a super man !

My friendship with Dave began when he became a chef here at Caroline Place Retirement Residence. Dave was congenial, accommodating, friendly, bright, always willing to go the extra mile to keep us all looked after. I vividly recall the night he, Pam, Johnny and I went to a Blue Jays baseball game together in the pouring rain...............what a fun, wet night that was. I never did have the pleasure of hearing Dave play his guitar and sing, however, I've heard it was magical. Dave, I will personally miss you and these feelings are shared by all of us who got to know you through your years here. A wonderful caring candle snuffed out in the prime of his life. My condolences to all of Dave,s family and a special hug to his long time friend and soulmate, Pam. Sincerely and with love, Ruth.
