It has pleased the Lord in His infinite wisdom to take to Himself Derk Wikkerink, devoted husband of the late Femmy Wikkerink (Otten). Loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather of Carolyn and Eric Groot-Nibbelink (Jenica, Michelle & Dylan, Carissa), Ruth Doorn (Micah & Claire, Emma, Jacob), Richard and Susan Wikkerink (Kristin & John, Emma, Anderson; Spencer & Julie, Willow; Selena & Nicholas), David and Melissa Wikkerink (Christian, Caitlin & Grant, Bodie, Troy; Nathan), and Glen and Carla Wikkerink (Micayla, Ezra). Visitation at Mountainview CRC (290 Main St E, Grimsby) on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8pm. Funeral service at Mountainview CRC on Wednesday, December 28, at 11am, preceded by private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the McNally House Hospice. I have such beautiful memories of Dick and Femmy. It's hard to believe he has gone to glory. His live was a well lived one serving wherever there was need. A dear friend.
