Donald Booker Obituary
Peacefully with family at his side at Parkview Meadows in Townsend, on Tuesday October 11, 2022, in his 94th year. He was predeceased by his wife (Mary) Isabelle (2010). Loving father to his children Virginia (Dale) Benner, Laurie (Terry) Woolner, Elaine (Blair predeceased 2016) Otterman, and Jeff (Judy) Booker. Grandpa to 13 grandchildren and great-grandpa to 25 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to Parkview Meadows Birch Trail staff for taking such great care of Dad for the last 21 months!
Family will receive friends at the Ballard Minor Funeral Home, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville Friday October 14th from 2-5 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 30 Erie Ave N, Fisherville, ON N0A 1G0 on Saturday October 15th at 11 a.m., with a visitation one hour prior, starting at 10 am. Interment to follow at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Lutheran World Relief, Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, Jarvis Food Bank, or the Charity of Your Choice is very much appreciated by Donald's family. Friends are invited to send condolences and sign the Book of Memories at www.ballardminorfh.ca.
