Donna BARBAS Obituary
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Donna Roberta Barbas on Monday, May 1st at the age of 73. Predeceased by her parents Eleanor (nee Burla) and Dimitrios Panopoulos. Brother Michael Panopoulos (Tom) and her sister Connie (Al) Harris. Beloved and treasured Mother of James (Tim) Barbas (Carron) and Darren Christopher Barbas (Cindy). Proudest Baba of Lucas, Alicia and Colin. Donna is also lovingly remembered by her brother Mark Panopoulos and her brother-in-law Tom Corbett. Special thank you to longtime friend Stella Readyhough for her friendship and support over the years. Donna was an RPN for 25 years, nursing and caring for residents at Macassa Lodge Long-Term Care Facility. She dedicated her life caring for seniors. Donna loved nothing more than spending time with her family. She will be cherished and missed so deeply. Private cremation has taken place. In keeping with Donna's wishes, a private family service will take place.
