Doreen TUFF

Doreen Tuff (nee Cochrane) slipped peacefully away in the early morning hours of May 17, 2023 in her 97th year. She flies to the waiting embrace of her lifelong love Edmund (Ted) Tuff and leaves a legacy of 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. The fifth child in an orchestra of 10, she possessed a loving charm and wit and the voice of an angel. Always concerned about the needs of others, she will be remembered fondly for her humour, her strong sense of family, and in the end the twinkle in her eye whenever she talked about her Teddie. She will be sorely but proudly and affectionately missed by all those she touched as she glided across the dance floor of her years. A huge thanks to the paramedics and the emergency stroke team at the Hamilton General Hospital, you guys are the best! Cremation and interment at White Chapel next to her beau without visitation or service. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
