I had the great privilege and honor of working with Doug from 1985-1997 at Syl Apps Youth Centre. He was a mentor and a friend and had a great impact on the early years of my career. His dedication and kindness impacted the most troubled of youth. He was an incredible support to the staff. My condolences to Doug's family and his friends. I am so grateful to have known Doug. He will be truly missed. Regards, Janet Mulligan
