Edna HACKETT Obituary
HACKETT, Edna Surrounded by her family at Carpenter Hospice on February 13, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Les. Best mom ever to Dale (Pattie), Kim Petrie (Alastair) and Linda Nicolas (Len). Very proud grandmother of Michael, Marc, and Matthieu Nicolas. Remembered with love by her sisters Mary Hindmarsh and Louise Kowalenko. Edna was a woman of strong Christian faith, who loved family, travelling and life itself. In keeping with Edna's wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy to the Carpenter Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Mom, you gave us life and introduced us to eternity.

I will always cherish my time spent with your mother. She looked after me following surgery and remained with me for months. I always looked forward to her news filled notes and cards. I feel sad that I was unaware until just tonight. You were blessed she was a lovely woman.
