Emilia and Noah FREIRE

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our beautiful children Emilia and Noah on October 8, 2022. Emilia, age eight, was born on June 30, 2014. She was our superstar, the life of the party and always willing to console. She was her brother's protector, daddy's little girl and mommy's number one fan. She loved to sing and play with her dolls and cuddle with her best friend, Lola. Noah, age six, was born on December 14, 2015. He was our fearless, wild child with a big heart. He loved adventures, sports, and teasing his sister. He had a contagious laugh and loved playing jokes. He was mommy's snuggle bear and wanted nothing else but to be like his father. Devastated by the loss and left to mourn their passing are their parents David and Ashley, their grandparents Jose and Fatima Freire and Emmanuel and Olga Braga as well as their aunts and uncles Joey (Jennifer), Sergio (Brenda), Mark, Philip, Emilia's Godmother Maggie and cousins Julianna, Joshua, Joe Joe, Atreus, Arieus and Sophia. Emilia and Noah will be sadly missed by their teachers and friends at Corpus Christi Elementary school and their large extended family. Visitation will take place at two locations, the first at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL LTD, 43 Barton St. E., on Thursday, October 13, from 2-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. and the second on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King from 4-8 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Burlington. We know both of you are together forever playing, joking, and teasing each other with love.
