Eric Clark Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce that Eric George McGregor Clark passed away peacefully in the evening of May 6th at Hamitlton General Hospital in his 91st year. He was the beloved husband for 67 years of Joan (Tovey), the much loved father of Linda (John) and Gail (Nik), loving grandfather of Ben (Kendra), Alex (Sarah), Tara (Nic), Darren, and Mark (Mary), cherished great grandfather, "papa," of Myles, Maverick, and Scout, loving uncle to all his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers John and Boyd. Sadly missed by brother David of Guelph and sister-in-law Velma of Dundas. He was a member of St. Paul's Church for 75 years, past Worshipful Master of Dufferin Lodge, and a Mason since 1952. Eric was the last of his lifetime "Gang" of friends. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private family service.

It’s brings great sadness to hear this news. I will forever treasure the time we had discussing your life and the many adventures you had. I will miss our visits and the laughs we had.Sending my condolences to Joan and the rest of the family it was pleasure knowing you. Yours truly Barb Baldwin.

He was my Uncle Eric. His brother Boyd Clark was my dad. Lots of cherished moments with a great Uncle. He loved to give the waitress serving us a hard time during our Friday nights dining out together. We laughed and Aunt Joan would say Eric as to giving him heck..LOL You will be greatly missed Uncle Eric.. Say hi to dad up there..
