April 9, 1933 - March 22, 2021. Passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital following a brief illness, at the age of 87. Predeceased by his parents Bert and Amelia, his brothers Bert and Leslie, and his sister Isabel. Lovingly remembered by his brother Bill (Lillian); sister-in-law Audrey; daughter Michele (Brent); son John (Christine); granddaughters Karly, Katey, Hayley, and Preslea; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Although he was born in Hamilton, dad was very proud of his Hungarian heritage, and made several trips to Hungary. He was also a long-time active member and volunteer with the Hungarian Church in Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or John Calvin Hungarian Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family. Funeral Service at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 1 p.m. followed by Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
