FELS, Ernst (Ernie) Safe in the arms of Jesus, the Lord called to His heavenly home, Ernie Fels, on Saturday, December 14, 2019, in his 99th year. Beloved husband of the late Hendrika (nee Schmidt) (2001). Dear friend of Ann Spoelstra. Loved father of Margaret Flokstra (Andy), Erna Fluit (Ralph), Petra Voordenhout (Nick) and Rob Fels (Anita). Cherished Opa of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Lambertus and Christina Fels and sister Jantina. Visitation at Mountainview Christian Reformed Church, 290 Main Street East, Grimsby, on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where the Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 2 p.m. Private interment at Grimsby Mountain Cemetery prior to the service.
