At D.H. Rapelje Lodge, Welland on Saturday, April 30, 2022, Floyd went home to be with the Lord, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Cora (2015). Loved father of Susan Hamp (David), Cheryl Juhlke (Peter), Brent Wilson (Sue), Brian Wilson (Penny) and the late Rachel (2018). Devoted grandfather to Jesse (Jennifer), Chelsea (Jason), Joshua (Kate), Mark, Nicole, Sam (Beth), Jonathan, Aidan, Aaron, Kayla and Daniel and great-grandfather of Gideon, Naomi, Georgia, and Martin. Cherished brother of Margaret Messier (Marcel). Uncle Red will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Alice Cutting, Carrie Udell, Joan Meilleur, Robert Wilson, Percy Wilson, and Stewart Wilson. Floyd was a faithful man who loved his Lord, his family, and his church. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Sunday, May 8, 2022, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Christ Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 448 Main Street West, Grimsby on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Grimsby Mountain Cemetery.
