It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Andela on Friday, March 26, 2021, in his 80th year. Frank is survived by his wife Patricia (nee Gadsdon), his daughters Dona and Lesley, his grandchildren Rianna, Clint and Maddie and his sister Sharon. Predeceased by his son Rick. Frank will be remembered for his gregarious, friendly and sometimes mischievous nature. A long time employee of Stelco, Frank was happiest in his fishing boat and when wintering in Punta Gorda, Florida. His garden was a yearly labour of love which he tended with great skill and precision from seed to fork, and which he kindly and generously shared with family and friends. Always up for some "small talk" and sharing a drink with friends, Frank was well known in his community of Waterdown and later in his retirement community of Madoc. He was most proud of his family. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Frank's Life will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion or
charity of your choice in memory of Frank would be appreciated by the family. Please sign the Tribute Wall at
