Frank DOYLE Obituary

Of Port Colborne and Peacock Point passed away at the Welland County General Hospital on Thursday, July 8, 2021 in his 96th year. Predeceased by his wife Mary, his parents Alexander and Elizabeth Doyle and his brother Alexander. Frank his survived by his loving companion Antoinette (Toni) Edwards and her family, deeply missed by his chosen daughter Margaret and Larry O'Connor and her family. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews and extended family in Scotland and England. Frank was a WW II Navy Veteran and he was a First Class Stoker, he served on the HMCS Hespeler a Castle-class corvette of the Royal Canadian Navy. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne, on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (To view live funeral service, please click on Funeral Webcast tab on Frank's condolence page.) Private burial will take place at Merritt Settlement Cemetery in Smithville. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society. Best father, grandfather and partner.
