I worked with George at Rheem Canada for over 10 years, George was the Purchasing Manager, I was the Engineering Mgr. Whenever we were developing a new product, I would sit with George asking where we could purchase a certain component, gas valve, electrical components, steel products and he always knew where to go to purchase the products. I was always amazed how much he knew and he always helped me out. He was a great guy to work with, I never saw him in a bad mood, he was always smiling, laughing. We had quite a few games of golf together and we also played softball with the Rheem Office Softball Team, Rheem was big enough to have 4 different department teams. We even went on a fishing trip with a few of the Rheem guys, had a great time. He and Marguerite were at Judy and I's 40th Anniversary Party which we really appreciated. The last time I saw George was at a lunch about 2 years ago with Dan Robertson, Dave Gaumond and myself; we had a great discussion with each other. George was a great company man, a very good friend and I will miss him. Rest peacefully my good friend.

George was a good friend and business associate. When we met up he would always speak kindly of his family. I had been trying to find George with an attempt to catch up but i had difficulty locating him. My sympathies to the family
