MISCEVICH, George September 21,1925-November 24, 2017 George Miscevich, 92, of Hamilton (formerly Port Colborne, Ontario) passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 24, 2017 at Willowgrove Long Term Care Residence, Hamilton. He is survived by Ann, his wife of 60 years; three children, Lori, Melanie (Dan) and Peter (Paula), and three beloved grandchildren, Eric, Natalie and Ava. Will be sadly missed by in-laws John and Elda Rizzo of Welland, and the Sever and Gambarotto clans. A University of Toronto graduate, George spent his career in management positions with Beneficial Finance and Canadian Tire Acceptance. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place, to be followed by a private family service at Resurrection Cemetery, Ancaster. A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date. The family expresses their gratitude to the staff of Aberdeen Gardens transitional home and Willowgrove Long Term Care Residence for their wonderful care and support. Memorial tributes may be given to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer Society or the Hamilton Burlington SPCA, in memory of George.
