Gerald DENDEKKER Obituary
Gerry had a heart of gold and loved to share his unforgettable stories and wisdom with his loved ones. He lived an adventurous life and found peace in the woods or on the lake with a fishing rod in his hand. He was a hard worker and loved gathering with his family to watch the Eagles, "Fly Eagles Fly."
Please join us for the visitation service on Wednesday, November 9th between 4-8 p.m. at Bay Gardens on Rymal Rd, Hamilton. Funeral service will be held at Bay Gardens on Thursday, November 10th at 11 a.m., followed by a burial service at White Chapel. Please sign the online Book of Condolences at www.baygardens.ca.

My sincere condolences to the entire dendekker family. I haven't seen Gerald in sometime however it did not make the shock of his passing any easier. Gerald was a a big brother to all of us when we were growing up he taught us how to do the right thing no matter what the subject was. He also was always there to share advice and wisdom. He will be greatly missed.

Since we live so far away, we haven't seen Gerry for several years. I am so grateful that I attended Meghan's wedding last month and was able to see Gerry again and hear his heartfelt speech to his daughter. Gerry, there are so many memories of you, Karen and the kids over the years. How and where do we begin. There were fishing trips, football games, Bear Creek, hanging the deer in our garage and so many many more!
You were Richard's Best Man at our wedding and a cherished friend always! You were Uncle Gerry to Kyle and Katie.
