1935 - 2021

It is with sad hearts we announce that in the early hours of December 9th 2021, Gerhardt transcended to that better place where he feels no pain. Gerry can now watch over his family in between rounds of golf and chess with his father. Whether he was battling on the tennis courts or with cancer, he remained strong. Always ready to crack a joke, we know the angels will try to sing but will struggle through their lines because they will be laughing so hard. Gerhardt is succeeded by his wife Anna and their children Bruce (Linda), Edgar (Pam), Deborah (Don), and Steven (Kim). As well as their grandchildren and great-grandchildren Kristopher, Tyler, Andrew, Heather, Brandon, Victoria-Rose, Devon, William, Summer, Ainsley, Callie, Isla, and one the way. Rest in peace Opa, we will love you always.
