Harriet E. Murphy

Murphy, Harriet – It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing away of Harriet, loving wife of Joseph Murphy for 70 years on July 29, 2022 at the Chartwell Willowgrove LTC in her 90th year. Harriet is survived by her brother Jim and his wife Pat and sister Chick. Harriet will be missed by her nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. Harriet is predeceased by her sisters Helen and Peggy. Thank you to her supportive sister-in-law Grace Duchno and a special thank you to niece Nadine Duchno whose tireless and selfless efforts made it possible for Harriet and Joey to be as close to each other in the last few years as they were to each other throughout the rest of their lives. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Chartwell Willowgrove LTC for their care and support.
As per Harriet's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
