Hank's friendship was a blessing in my life, and very much appreciated. I first met Hank at the Country Style Donuts in Stoney Creek about twenty years ago through a couple of friends of mine who also had worked at Stelco. From the first time we had coffee, there was something about this guy that I knew, that down the road, he would be my friend. Hank had his own way of touching lives...of making days brighter, hearts a little happier and problems seem a whole lot smaller. Few people possess the considerate, unselfish loving heart that Hank had, and even fewer are willing to give so much of themselves. One night that I will never forget was at one of his meetings, where it was Bring a Friend night. He could of chose anyone, but I was, and still am, honoured that he asked me.
Hank; of the thousands of coffees we had together, the countless car shows that you came to, just to shoot the breeze as buddies, I will be forever in your debt. I thank you for being that wonderful person , and I know that I am blessed to have had you in my life. I will truly miss you. Promoted to 'ANGEL' to look over his family and to keep them safe. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

Henry was a fine example of how to live
at peace with ones self and others.
His constant work with others included a lot of institutional time spent with those in population who were interested in changing their lives for the better.
