Jarrod Clark Obituary

The family of Jarrod Gregory Clark is shocked and saddened to announce his death. On June 2, 2022 Jarrod sustained fatal injuries in a one-vehicle, motorcycle accident in northern Saskatchewan. Jarrod was in his 53rd year. Jarrod is survived by his parents Greg and Marion Clark of Grimsby, Ontario; sisters Tammy Clark, Shellan Clark-Crichton (Les), brother Chad Clark (Makiko); nieces and nephews: Sean (Chelsea), Myles, Sarah, Joseph, Ella, Kanon, Cole and grand-nephew Brixton; his Aunt Shelley, Uncle Bill, Aunt Marilyn; several cousins and many close friends. All of Jarrod's friends and relatives will miss him dearly. Jarrod had a highly successful career. He was extremely talented and passionate about computers, software development, and transportation management technology. Jarrod worked at Trapeze Group for close to 25 years and excelled at providing leadership in software product management roles. He continued to enjoy 'coding' projects into retirement. Jarrod loved trying new activities and hobbies and took advantage of his retirement years to explore these. His interests included: motorcycle riding, hunting, online chess and fishing. Getting together with friends was probably Jarrod's favourite pastime. Jarrod was a supportive friend and family member to many. We will all treasure our memories of our time with him. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral service at Greystone United Church (formerly Fulton Stone United Church) at 2906 South Grimsby Road 20, Fulton, ON L0R 2A0 on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 1 p.m. Reception to follow at Gizio Banquet Center at 288 Kemp Road West, Grimsby from 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. A private family interment will follow at a later date. So sorry for your loss. Time quickly slips by but, I seem to remember, about maybe 45 years ago, at one of your girl´s weddings(?) at the farm, you had to retrieve Jarrod from the roof of the house! Sounds like adventure was always a big part of his life. Again, our sincere condolences.
