Jean LEGGATE Obituary
(1925 - 2022)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our mom, grandma, great-grandma, and friend on August 20, 2022. She will be forever missed by her daughter Moira and son Colin (Sandy). Predeceased by her son Robbie (1981) and husband Jack (2008). She was the proudest Grandma to Scott (Jacqui), Ross and Alison (Greg). Loving Great Grandma to Bailley, Cameryn, Darcey, Ian, Irie and Miles. Special Grandma to Jackson and Caitlin. She will be missed by all her family in Wishaw, Scotland... as well as many friends and neighbours in Dundas. As per mom's request "there will be a private family graveside service" and burial at Grove Cemetery, in Dundas, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 1:00 pm. The family will arrange a Celebration of Life at a later date. We would like to thank the staff and residents of Bertram Place Retirement Home for the love and support shown to mom and all the family over the past three months. We will forever be thankful! "Mom will be in our hearts forever"
