It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jeff Graham on August 12th. Jeff will be deeply missed by his partner, Samantha Harvey and his parents John and Judy Graham as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends. Jeff is survived by siblings Douglas and Susan. Jeff was an avid boater and angler. He will be remembered by many for his career in home renovation and his love of the Toronto Maple Leaf's. Cremation has taken place and a private service for family and close friends will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in Jeff's name to the Burlington Humane Society. My sincere condolences go out to all of Jeff's family and friends. I worked with Jeff years ago at Plumbing Mart. I learned everything I know today about plumbing and parts from Jeff. He was such a nice guy always willing to help people out and oh that LOVE he had for the Leaf's. RIP Jeff

I was very saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. The last seven years he worked in our home and became our friend. No job was too big or too small, he was always happy when working...We shall miss him and his whistling...RIP
