Jeremiah Royce

1978 - 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jeremiah Royce (MacLellan/Robertson) on Wednesday, August 11th 2021 at the age of 43. Born in Brantford on March 14th 1978, Jeremiah was full of creative ideas and kept everyone on their toes right from the start. His energy was endless and impossible to contain, as was his incredible talent and fierce intelligence. Jeremiah was a gifted musician who mastered the guitar and could learn any instrument he picked up, even building his own recording studio where he helped produce numerous demos for local musicians. He was an equally talented visual artist; a gift he inherited from his father (Tom). Jeremiah was exceptionally intelligent and capable of teaching himself anything. He demonstrated this most recently by building and running a successful foundation repair company. Being an entrepreneur was his lifelong dream. Jeremiah and his wife Tammy were true partners from the day they met. Jeremiah was a wonderful husband and teacher to her. Together they were one person. Tammy will never forget all he has given to her and everyone he has touched.He will be remembered through his teachings, kindness and selflessness. Jeremiah now lives on with his Lord Jesus. Jeremiah had love in his heart and was deeply loved by his family and friends in return. He was so proud to be a loving uncle to Adler, Braxton, Jolene (Lauwerier) and Daphne and Roderick (Wong-Hinch). Though we are devastated by the void left by his loss, we are comforted in knowing that he is peacefully at rest. Jeremiah is survived by his loving wife, Tammy; his parents Mariella (Maryellen) and Roderick MacLellan and Thomas Stewart Robertson (Linda Lee- deceased), his grandma Gina Cafazzo (predeceased Antonio Palmisano, Antonio Liberati, Donato Cafazzo) sisters Miranda (Adam), Kelsie (Jon) and Sarah. Sorely missed by special Uncle Bill Robertson (Oxana), Uncle Joe, and step siblings, Melissa Patterson and Chad Macintosh, cousin Dasha, Mother in-law Denice Ranchuk (Peter Ranchuk-deceased), Brother in-law, Wayne Ranchuk (Yvonne). He is preceeded in death by his grandparents, William and Margaret Robertson. Family and friends will be received at the McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Road North, Brantford on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Covid Restrictions are in effect, masks and social distancing are required.
