Van WELY, Johanna Carolina June 20, 1922 - May 11, 2019 ""They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength"" Isaiah 40:31 At Shalom Manor, surrounded by her loving and devoted family, Johanna passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 in her 97th year. Beloved mother of Hans and Joanne Kater, Henry and Sally Kater, Gwen and Peter Guther, Yolanda Kater, and Richard and Irene Kater. Loving Grandma to sixteen grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-grandchildren. Johanna was the last surviving sister of Arnolda (†) and Jack (†) Beekenkamp, William (†) and Audrey Van Wely, Carla (†) and Arie (†) Koornneef, and Jean (†) and Bill Muysson. Johanna was steadfast in her faith and lived her life with unconditional love and constant devotion to her family. Sincere thanks and appreciation is extended to the exceptional staff at Shalom Manor in Grimsby. Visitation on Thursday, May 16, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 378 Wilson Street East, Ancaster, ON L9G 2C2. Private Interment. Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019 at ANCASTER CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 70 Garner Rd. E., Ancaster, ON L9G 3E7.
