BEATTIE, John In loving memory of a dear husband, father and Papa, who passed away September 27, 1999. It's hard to believe that you've been gone for 20 years. They say that life goes on, and it does, but this is not how it was supposed to be. We still had a lot of things on our to do list. Cathy and Mark are doing well, they just got back from Mexico. John Henry and Pia just got back from Portugal. No great-grand babies yet. I went to Punta Cana in March with John Robert and Dylan. We had a great time, Dylan was so excited. It was his first time on a plane. This has been a sad year. Young Duncan and my brother Ronald are there with you now. This Saturday is the Beattie family picnic. Wish you were going to be with us. Love you miss you every day, ~Barbara and family xo

Greetings Barbara. It is also sad to lose a parent. My late mother is a Beattie, and her family was in Trafalgar Twp., Halton Co. I am wondering if your father was part of that family. Regards.
