John Herbert "Jack" CHEESEMAN

December 5, 1936 - July 27, 2019 CHEESEMAN, John 'Jack' Herbert Peacefully, with family by his side after a brief struggle with cancer, on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the N.H.S. General Site at the age 82 years. Fondly remembered by Christine Cheeseman. Loving father of Cheryl-Ann Smith (Rick), and Tara Cheeseman (Rob). Cherished Grandpa Cheeseman of Evan, Michael and Danielle, who continue to lovingly care for 'Dawg'. Jack will be sadly missed by his remaining family, extended family members, and friends, especially his friend Debbie. The family wishes to thank Jack's family physician, March of Dimes Staff, and the staff at N.H.S. General for all of their excellent care and compassion given to Jack over the many years of his battle with Dementia. A Celebration of Jack's life will be held at BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, 424 Niagara Street, St. Catharines (at the corner of Niagara Street and Scott Street) 905-646-6322 on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. In accordance with Jacks' wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
