NEMEC, Joseph Sadly we announce the passing of Joseph Nemec, just two weeks after celebrating his 95th birthday. Joseph died peacefully at home on May 5, 2019 surrounded by family. Beloved husband to Yolanda. Loving father to David and his wife Pam, Dana and her husband Sean. Grandfather to Riana, Meaghan and her husband Michael and Karina. He was the son of the late Joseph and Emelija, brother of the late Marica and Dora. Brother of Danila, Lojska and Marta. Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Slovania, Italy and Canada. He will be greatly missed by many. Friends will be received at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East on Wednesday from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 9 p.m. Vigil prayers Wednesday, at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Gregory the Great Church, 125 Centennial Pkwy, on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
