Passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Gordon (March 2021) for 66 years. Loving mother of David (late Jean), Jane (David) and John (Minky). Cherished grandmother of Samantha (Josh), Alicia, Emma (Zach), Megan, Jake (Maddy), Luke and Matthew. Proud great-grandmother of Olivia, Connor and Rhys. Honorary grandmother to Andrew (Nalini), Jennie (Scott), Daniel, William, and Katie. Predeceased by her brother Ralph, survived by sister-in-law Irene, and cousin Marion (John). Will also be missed by extended family and friends. June trained as a nurse at Toronto Western Hospital (1954). Her caring nature extended through the years toward her family and friends. Mom shared her love of cooking to celebrate, nurture, spoil and always assist a friend in need. June was a long serving volunteer at Joseph Brant Hospital and an active member of St. Christopher's Anglican Church. Mom was never happier than when surrounded by her great-grandchildren, grandchildren and children. She will live on in our hearts. A private celebration for June and Gord will be held at a later date. Interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens. For those who wish, donations in memory of June to St. Christopher's Anglican Church or Joseph Brant Hospital would be sincerely appreciated.

June will be deeply missed by her family at St. Christopher's. She was always caring and supportive. Our family will remember how she helped us, especially when my wife first became ill.
