Keith Hinds

1934 - 2022

Mr. Keith Hinds passed away peacefully at the Village of Wentworth Heights on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the age of 87 years.
Keith was born on December 13, 1934 in Barbados. He found his way to England, where he experienced working with the Merchant Navy. While in England, he married Irene and had his four children Pamela, Graham, Karen and Lisa. When arriving in Canada, Keith worked for the HSR in Hamilton for many years. On his time off, Keith was known to enjoy many hobbies, such as cooking, listening to music, breeding horses and watching his horses at the raceway. Keith played a vital role in the Barbados Canadian and Friends, Hamilton Association, acting as President. He was always known for loving and respecting his Bajan heritage. Keith will be truly missed by his many family and friends within Canada and Barbados, including his long-term relationships with Patricia Barriffe and Barbara Brennan. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the Cresmount Funeral Home, Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave. E, Hamilton on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 11 a.m. The service will be available to watch through livestream, with the link provided on the funeral home website.
