HARDCASTLE, Lee ""Beefer"" Suddenly and unexpected, passed away peacefully, at the Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the age of 51. Will be greatly missed by his wife Kathy and daughter Kristy. Predeceased by his parents Don and Helen Hardcastle. Dear son-in-law of Carolyn and the late Doug Ballantyne. Loved brother of Mark (Rose) and Craig. Brother-in-law of Patty (Shawn) and Brian (Theresa). Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Will also be missed by his many family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME , 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the home of Shawn and Patty McCready (2208 McCollum Rd., Smithville). In lieu of flowers, donations to CityKidz Hamilton would be greatly appreciated.
