It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved wife, mother and grammy; Lesley Brand at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in the loving presence of her family on February 24, 2022 in her 63rd year. Much loved wife and best friend of Gary for 40 years. Loving mum of Paul (Elaine) and Nicole (Derek). She will be greatly missed by her three grandchildren; Ty Martin, Jake Martin and Kaiya Brand whom she adored. Lesley is predeceased by her parents Ron and Janet Guild. She is survived by her brothers Steve (Debbie), Ronnie, Ian (Julia), sister-in-law June Bell (Richie), good friends Jennifer and Colin Lamb, their daughter Rachel as well as her nieces, nephew and extended family and friends in USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Germany. Lesley was a former employee of Amcan Castings (Cascade Precision Plant , Burlington) and Arysta Bakery, Brantford. Special mention to Lesley's brother Steve and his wife Debbie along with friends Meg O'Brien, Katie O'Brien, Margaret Clark, Isobel Cameron, Suzanne Robinson and Amanda Thomas. You will never know how much your kindness, support and friendship meant to Lesley and our family during the last 2 1/2 years. Thank you for all you have done for our family. As per Lesley's wishes cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Lesley's memory.
