Lillian EATON Obituary

February 27, 1929 - December 15, 2022

Lillian passed away peacefully at Macassa Lodge, age 93. She is survived by her four children Colleen Dawson (Richard), Kerry Eaton (Kathy), LuAnne Dupon (Fred) and Patrice Castagner (Stefano) and grandchildren Stephen Dawson, Meaghan Dawson, Gabriel Castagner and Julia Castagner. Lillian is survived by her sister, Jean Bell of B.C. and brother Stewart (Sam) Morris and his wife Lucy of N.S., and cousin Susan Wallwork (Sol Breau) of Hamilton. She is predeceased by sister Myrtle Swan, brothers-in-law Edward Swan (Stoney Creek) and Graham Bell (BC) and cousins Leslie and Joyce Wallwork and Martin and Nancy Wallwork of Stoney Creek. There are many nieces and nephews surviving Lillian in BC, NS, and Ontario. Lillian was a retired employee of the Hamilton Wentworth Board of Education. She will be inurned at Christ Church Cathedral in the Columbarium, in a private family funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Burn Unit at the Hamilton General Hospital. Rest eternal grant to her and may light perpetual shine upon her.

My deapest condolences to Lillies 4 children. My mom Alma Davidson was a long time dear friend of Lillies from back when they lived in Stoney Creek. I remember her fondly from when she used to come to visit at our house. Lilly was such a lovely lady.
