1920-2022
It is with heavy hearts that the family share the news of Lil Utman being Promoted to Glory. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Utman (1988). Left behind to mourn her passing but also to celebrate her life are daughters Shirley (Robert) Oates and Joyce Utman. Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Will missed by her niece Sharon (Richard) Newton as well as many relatives and friends.
Her faith and love of God were important to her. She was a founding member of the Burlington Community Church of The Salvation Army and throughout the years was very involved in numerous activities in the church.
She enjoyed her involvement with children, various choirs and Women's Ministries at the church.
She was an avid sports fan and loved to cheer on her Hamilton Tiger Cats, Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to all of the caregivers that have provided support to our Mom over the couple of years. A special thank you to all the staff on 7South at JBH.
