PROSIA, Mario It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mario on November 30, 2018 in his 94th year. Beloved husband to the late Carmina. Loving father to Franca Hoda (the late Paul) and Mauro (Emilia). Cherished ""Papoo"" to Andria (James), Erica (Jay), Christopher (Jessica), Daniella (Carson), Damian (Courtney) and great-grandfather to Jemma, Jaxon and Caymn. Dear brother to Anna DiBattista (Adolfo) and Romeo (the late Wilma). Predeceased by siblings Paolo, Domenico, Giuseppe (the late Caterina), Gina (the late Clementino) and Ercole (Dalia). Mario was a retiree of Stelco after 23 years of service. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff at the Juravinski Hospital and at Macassa Lodge for their care and support. His family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 416 Mohawk Rd.
