Mary Baynton Memoriam
A year has passed, since we all said goodbye,
The absence of your laughter, still makes us cry.
Your knitting needles sit idle, without your skillful touch.
Did I mention we miss you, all very much.
The old country roses, await their next turn,
With someone receiving a mischievous burn.
Although you are not here, our memories are dear,
Loving you always, and wishing you were here.
