Mary passed away peacefully in her 102nd year at Parkview Meadows, Townsend on March 21, 2021. She was predeceased by her husband Frank (1987). She leaves her son George (Lorna) Greenlees, her Grandchildren, Cheryl (Scott) Berry, Kent (Yvonne) Greenlees and Bruce (Veronica) Greenlees. She truly loved being with them and helping where possible. For over 20 years she was thrilled to spend quality time with her eight Great Grandchildren, Brent Greenlees (Madison), Matthew (Kathleen) Berry, Jamie Greenlees (Brad), Alyssa (Rob) Gately, Joey Greenlees (Britt), Claire Greenlees (Matt), Mitchell Berry and Danielle Greenlees. She was affectionately called Nanny by all of them. Due to Covid she didn't get to meet her Great Great Grandson Terry Berry. She will also be missed by many nephews and nieces. Mary taught Sunday School at Carlisle United Church for many years. She enjoyed helping with dinners and fundraisers at both Carlisle and Kilbride United Churches as well at Grace United Church, Caledonia in later years. She was a proud member of Sims Locks W.I. The Family would like to extend our most heartfelt thanks to the staff at Birch Trail in Parkview Meadows for the outstanding care they gave Mary the past few years. Caledonia in her memory. Mary will be laid to rest in the Evergreen Cemetery, Milton, following a private family graveside and committal service. If desired, donations to the Grace United Church, Caledonia, would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to MILLER FUNERAL CHAPEL, Caledonia.
