Passed away peacefully in Burlington, Ontario on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the age of 52. Predeceased by parents William "Bill" and Gloria (nee Graham). Will be sadly missed by his big sister Kim. Survived by uncles Donald (Janice) and Bob (Donna) and extended family in Ontario, Nova Scotia and Alberta. Cremation has taken place. Future interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. My condolences to Kim and family. Shocked to say the least. I grew up with Matt , played with him ,birthday parties with him and his amazing family. Always thought one day I could reconnect with him ! He was a big part of my youth and I will cherish every memory of him .... much love Jason
